How I Can Help...

Who I Am & What I Do
I am a strategic advisor, problem solver, and hands-on leader who works with nonprofit CEOs and executive teams to drive clarity, alignment, and action. With a career that spans both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, I bring a broad perspective and a deep understanding of how to bridge strategy with execution to create meaningful impact.

My approach is immersive–I don't just advise from the sidelines. I embed myself within organizations, working across departments to uncover opportunities, build alignment, and drive results. Whether guiding leadership transitions, launching new initiatives, or refining strategic communications, I help organizations seize opportunities, capitalize on strengths, and overcome challenges.

What Sets Me Apart

  • Connecting Vision to Execution – I ensure ideas don't just stay ideas – I turn them into actionable, measurable strategies.

  • Building Momentum & Alignment – I bring leadership teams, boards, and funders together around a shared vision.

  • Custom, Non-Formulaic Approach – No cookie-cutter solutions; I tailor my work to the unique needs of each organization.

  • Dual-Sector Expertise – My experience spans nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, business development, and communications.

Who I Work With

  • Nonprofit CEOs and Leadership Teams – Organizations facing growth, change, or leadership transitions.

  • Foundations & Philanthropic Organizations – Seeking to enhance their impact and strategic initiatives.

  • Mission-Driven Companies – Looking to align purpose, growth, and storytelling to build community engagement.
